In case you missed it, Harry Styles has announced that he will be releasing his third solo album. Harry’s house, on May 20 via Columbia Records. as pitchfork pointed out that the title is a reference to Joni Mitchell’s 1975 song “Harry’s House / Centerpiece.” (Not only does he have her approval, but so does Joni tweeted that she loves it.) While this is obviously an exciting moment for all of his stans, I just couldn’t get enough of the album cover photographed by Hanna Mond. I’ll leave the full breakdown of the outfit to you Fashion but here’s a spoiler: he’s dressed head-to-toe in Molly Goddard.

The image shows the pop star standing upside down on the ceiling of a sparse living room – hand on hip, other delicately placed on chin, Harry poses like the thinking face emoji. The question arises whether this is a man in the middle of the thought or in deep confusion? Maybe he’s also wondering why there’s a vase of pink tulips on the floor?

Of course, the only pieces of furniture that can be seen are vintage furniture – there is a rusty orange in the Milo Baughman or Pace style tubular chrome sofa It was probably newly upholstered, a table that looks something like Marcel Breuer’s Laccioand a white Giandomenico Belotti 109 spaghetti armchair. I’ve spent the last 72 hours scouring every corner of the internet identifying them all, but there are some puzzles too complex to solve!

A wood-framed painting of white flowers on a sage-green background hangs on the wall near the arched door through which viewers can enter You are at home.
